Thank you for your interest in registering for the SNACC 50th Annual Meeting!

To register using this website you must pay with a credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, please download, complete, and submit the paper registration form.

The information you provide on you registration form will be used for SNACC registration processing and participation purposes, which may involve sharing your information with third parties (credit card processor, event website platform, etc.). Additionally, based on how you answer the information sharing question on the registration form, event supporters may receive data.

Approximately two weeks prior to the event, you registrants will receive a link to log in and create a profile on the Annual Meeting website. As part of creating your profile, you will be asked addition information-sharing questions. Your answers to the website profile questions will determine whether your personal information may be viewed by other event registrants. 

Registrations must be completed by 11:59 pm US Eastern time on July 8 to receive the early rate or by 11:59 pm US Eastern time on August 22 to receive the standard rate and have your registration processed prior to the event. Registration will be closed August 23 - September 7 for processing.

Media Disclaimer:

SNACC will photograph or record annual meeting activities. By registering for this event, you grant SNACC permission to record, photograph, use and distribute (both now and in the future) your image, name, voice, and typed comments in all forms and all media pertaining to this meeting.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: ​

If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please submit a cancellation request in writing to info@snacc.org. Requests received by August 22 will be eligible for an 80% refund. After August 22, cancellation requests may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of SNACC. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Your funds will be returned via the same method you paid for your registration. Once issued, refunds may take 7 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement. If you paid by check/bank transfer/wire, please allow up to 120 days for a refund.

Guests:

Everyone participating in the Annual Meeting activities at the Grand Hyatt Seattle must purchase an event registration. Annual Meeting registrants may purchase additional tickets to bring guests to the SNACC 50th Anniversary Gala and/or the Social Fundraiser. Tickets to these activities are limited and are expected to sell out quickly. Social Fundraiser participants must be 21 or older to enter the venue. 

Onsite Registration:

You may decide to register onsite in Seattle. Pre-event registration will close on August 22. Any registrations after August 22 will be processed onsite in Seattle and will be charged at the Onsite fee.

Accommodations / ADA:

The Society for Neuroscience in Anesthesiology and Critical Care fully complies with the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the rules and regulations thereof. Participants with ADA needs for this meeting must specify their needs as part of the registration process by August 22, 2022 in order to allow SNACC to asses the situation and provide reasonable accommodation.
