University of Washington, Neuroanesthesiology Faculty Position

The Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine at the University of Washington, Montlake Campus, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our dynamic Neuroanesthesia Division - at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Professor. These positions are without tenure with an anticipated start date of January 2026. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care, fostering innovative research, and delivering comprehensive education in a collaborative and supportive environment.   

Requirements 

• Must have MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) 
• At the time of employment, must have a minimum of one-year fellowship training in Neuroanesthesiology or substantial equivalent experience
• Must be Board certified or eligible (or foreign equivalent) in Anesthesiology and obtain State of Washington medical licensure by start of appointment 
• To be eligible for university sponsorship for an H-1B visa, graduates of foreign (non-US) medical schools must show successful completion of all three steps of the US Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE), or equivalent as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services 
• Visa sponsorship is not available for part-time positions
